Overview

CoachMe is a mobile application in which user can explore the coach with whom the user is most excited to train with for a particular sport. User can brief requirement for coach to review. At this point CoachMe takes payment, which is held until the job is completed and the user is happy with the outcomes.

Problem

CoachMe was developed for the ease of the users but they could not able to design the UI/UX the way they wanted to design,then they approached Softintex to design their UI/UX.

Research & Strategy

After having a knowledge about the coachme application softintex ui/ux team decided to keep users engaged and wanting to explore the application on their own. We wanted to bring the areas of the site to life as if navigating a map. Second priority was to look the application beautiful,easy to use and understandable for everyone.

Result

We mainly focused on the requirement of client which is to increase the traffic and enhanced the UX of the application and we saw the quick response from the audience that increases the traffic 15%.
